WEDA looks forward to hosting our Member Companies and industry colleagues in the EXPO hall at WODCON. There are 125 booth spaces available for exhibitors on the EXPO floor.
Exhibit Booths, electric upgrades, Booth Rep tickets, and Sponsorships may be purchased online here: REGISTRATION PORTAL.
Selection and assignment of booths will be done on a “first-come, first-served” basis, in keeping with the preference order given to Signature, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsors.
Exhibitors may indicate their preferred booth space on the conference registration form. Requested booth assignments are not guaranteed until approved by WEDA. A confirmation email will be sent to the primary point of contact upon assignment. You will receive a separate email with insutructions for purchasing and/or reserving other amenites for your exhibit space, such as high-top tables.
Each booth purchase includes registration and full access for one booth representative. Additional representatives may be added for an additional fee. Please note, as in prior years, “Additional Booth Representative” registrations have limited attendance privileges.
Registration, purchase and selection of booths will begin in September 2024.
